Hand Assembly Production Operator Argenta location Auckland.

We have state of the art manufacturing facilities located in Manurewa, NZ and Fort Dodge, Iowa and extensive Research & Development capabilities located in Kansas USA, New Jersey USA and Manurewa, Auckland.

We are currently looking for skilled and capable hand assembly operators to join our experienced team. You will be someone that is a fast learner and enjoy working as part of a team. We have 1 morning and 3 afternoon shifts available for a fixed term contract.
Available shifts morning shift Monday to Thursday 6am – 4:30pm (10-hour shift). Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 12:00noon - 10:00pm (10-hour shift). However, flexibility is required to work a rotating shift, overtime and during the weekend as necessary.
Your key responsibilities in this role would include operating assembly, packing and labelling equipment, performing in-process checks to ensure products are manufactured to a high quality. Troubleshooting mechanical problems and providing feedback to Engineer. Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area. Ensuring all equipment used is cleaned, calibrated and lubricated between batches. Production batch documentation is completed accurately and in compliance to cGMP standards. Compliance to Health & Safety.
You must have a proven production/manufacturing background in an GMP environment with a strong focus on quality and following SOP’s. Have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and a commitment to safety. At least 2 years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical / animal health, food or related industry. Great communication skills – both written and verbal, Mechanical aptitude.
