Your Next Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Guest Experience Officer to be the welcoming face of our Rental Community in Taigum.
Ingenia Taigum Rentals offers comfortable, affordable, and community-focused living for residents of all ages in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be the welcoming face of the park; assisting residents with check-ins and check-outs ensuring everything runs smoothly through great service and coordination, helping deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it!
This position is Full Time.

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations with professionalism and a personal touch.

You’re Likely a Match If You
Shine in customer service and love helping people feel at ease.
Bring experience in hospitality or tourism.
Are confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems (or keen to learn).
Are detail-oriented, organised, and a true team player.
Hold a valid ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
