Group Finance Manager Hunter Campbell Limited location Auckland. $130,000 - $150,000.

The company a New Zealand owned and operated retail & import business that makes and distributes market-leading products across multiple retail channels all across NZ.

The role reporting directly to an impressive CFO & acting as their 2IC, you will be responsible for managing group accounting, statutory & management reporting to provide accurate, reliable, & timely information to management & the Board. You will also manage the budget & forecasting process to ensure the business will meet approved outcomes & growth targets. To ensure the strategy is aligned across all business departments.

Ensure adequate controls are in place to protect & grow the assets of the business & ensure full compliance with internal & external policies & bodies. To support the finance function through half-year reporting requirements & year-end. To manage, mentor & support the finance function with a best in service attitude & approach and to help mentor & grow the team to achieve their full potential.

Requirements for the role to be considered for this position you must be a fully qualified accountant who has previous experience in broad staff leadership positions. You will ideally have trained & begun your career in a large professional services firm & be comfortable in fast-paced, complex environments. Experience within the retail or import/export industry will be advantageous.
