LaSalle Catholic College Bankstown is looking for a suitably qualified and/or experienced full-time Grounds and Maintenance Officer.

Key Selection Criteria

Lead Grounds & Maintenance team in prioritising tasks.
The capacity to conduct maintenance and upkeep of the College grounds and facilities, including the setting up for events.
The skills to perform general maintenance tasks.
The ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and at times autonomously.
A sound understanding of WHS and compliance requirements.
The skills to ensure the infrastructure of the College is maintained in good condition and meets WHS requirements.
A solid customer service focus and ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
A commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young people.
Trade qualifications would be a distinct advantage.

Duties Include:-

Care of College grounds;
maintenance of existing gardens and all lawns;
assists with setting up and dismantling of areas as required;
assists with the moving of furniture and equipment as required; and
general repairs and maintenance.
Criteria

Working with Children Check Clearance is essential.
Drivers Licence
