And you play a role in that. A big one. The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.

Could that be you?

Your opportunity:

This is an important role within our internal creative agency, a team designed to amplify the voice and visual identity of our diverse challenger brands.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in bringing visually compelling campaigns to life across a variety of channels, helping us connect deeply with our customers and drive commercial impact.

Join a dynamic team supported by top-tier software and tools that let you concentrate your talent on impactful, high-quality design. We cultivate a proactive environment where creativity is a strategic partner, and your strong design skills, careful attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects will be essential to our collective success. This position is a key step in evolving from simply producing assets to strategically shaping our brand across all touchpoints.

You'll make impact by:

Design Execution: Design primarily for digital and social platforms, focusing on compelling campaign assets and engaging content. This includes social media posts (with mobile video capture and editing), digital display ads, carousels, EDM layouts, digital out-of-home, and other key marketing materials. Digital Fluency: Translate concepts into effective visual designs optimised for various digital spaces, with a strong, dedicated focus on creating exceptional social media experiences.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with your Senior Graphic Designer, Copywriters, and the Creative Producer to ensure seamless project flow and fully integrated creative solutions that resonate across all channels.
Efficiency & Best Practice: Contribute actively to improving existing systems and creating new ones where needed to manage job traffic efficiently. Stay abreast of new technological developments in both print and online to ensure the delivery of the highest quality and most cost-efficient products for our brands.
Asset Management: Ensure all native artwork files are always accessible, stored logically, and meticulously maintained in an orderly manner to ensure business continuity.
Quality & Timeliness: Consistently deliver high-quality work in a timely and communicative manner, effectively managing multiple concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines with precision.
What you’ll bring:

This role calls for a talented designer eager to contribute significantly to a transforming in-house agency, bringing a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful visuals that truly connect.

Experience: At least 4+ years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced agency or in-house studio environment.
Digital Focus: Demonstrated experience in designing compelling visuals for digital platforms, particularly social media.
Tool Mastery: High-level proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). Being highly skilled in using Figma is beneficial.
Motion/Animation (Bonus): Experience with motion graphics or animation for digital platforms is a strong bonus, reflecting our future-forward approach.
Ideally, you will also have:

Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, confidently taking direction and proactively contributing creative ideas.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality work that consistently exceeds expectations.
