Our successful second generation family owned import and distribution business seeks a Customer Services person for our Glass Packaging and Cosmetic divisions with excellent English language and computer skills.

The position is based in our Morningside offices a stone's throw from St Luke's Shopping Centre. Your ability to multi task between online email, phone and face to face showroom service will be looked upon favourably along with accuracy and time management.

We are looking for a person to join our team who possesses the below qualities relevant computer experience (Outlook/Word/Excel). Proven customer service front skills - email, phone and a small amount of showroom face to face. A proactive and can-do attitude.

A high degree of flexibility. The ability to relate well to people at all levels. Team player – be prepared to help other team members where needed. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Key responsibilities are glass and Cosmetic Division Customer Service. Processing enquiries via email and phone into our system. Processing supplier orders.

Preparation of reports and spreadsheets to assist with purchasing and customer goods supply. Applicants should have NZ residency and excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
