This General Management position is focused on setting up the Australian office and leading the company to achieve growth, revenue targets and positive commercial outcomes. Duties set up the australian office, develop and manage key customer relationships, hire new staff to achieve company goals and expectations, create a culture of growth and innovation, achieve revenue growth, manage p&l, develop and implement strategic direction in the australian market. Skills and experience extensive knowledge and experience within the australian pharmaceutical industry preferably within clinical research, senior commercial experience leading teams to achieve revenue targets, understanding of saas technology preferred, senior leadership experience managing p&l, financial management and executive board communication, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt, learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
