In this role, you will shape and nurture a strong company culture. Oversee projects involving both in-house and remote teams. Collaboratively design strategies for growth and product enhancement. Provide clear reporting and analytics on key projects. Develop and maintain effective business processes. Lead recruitment and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.
To excel, you’ll need proven experience managing people, projects, and culture-building. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Indepth knowledge of ecommerce trends. Experience creating business development strategies.
