About Us Greenwood Health is recognised as an innovative medical practice and we work together to provide excellent rural community health care. We offer a wide range of health services for 10,000 people in our community covering all age groups. We are proud of our reputation of providing excellent care for our local residents and visitors to Motueka and surrounding areas.

Great opportunity reporting to the Board, we’re seeking an experienced people leader to lead our professional and highly capable team. This is a new position so it’s a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and shape this role for the future. From developing and implementing our strategy, to managing the day-to-day operations so we can consistently deliver innovative healthcare to our community, this role has it all.

About you you’ll be a natural people leader with a track record of successfully leading, motivating and empowering your team. Preferably you will have a clinical background, however, we’re open to receiving applications from those with a sound understanding of the healthcare environment.

You’ll relish the challenge of balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery. Your sound business acumen will complement your strong relationship management skills and patient centric approach. Your strong problem-solving skills will be utilised on a daily basis; we guarantee no two days will be the same. Resilience, integrity, sound judgement and a commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi are essential.
