Leona Edmiston is searching for a new General Manager. A rare opportunity has opened up to join our team as General Manager, reporting to the Managing Director. We are looking for an energetic General Manager who has strong people skills. This role will be central to establishing and executing the analysis and processes necessary to deliver immediate and long term growth of the company. Work from home and in the studio is an option with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities include manage all elements of the business. Sales budgets – forecasting, planning, adjusting, implementing, and controlling all sales budgets. Continually reviewing and analysing the performance of the brand maintaining a constant awareness of all developments in the local market including competitor activity, merchandise prices, market demographics, advertising and marketing opportunities.

Review the Digital marketing goals of the company including, planning, scheduling, budgeting and operational requirements. Staff training, mentoring and coaching, Ensuring all departments focus on the Key Performance Indicators of the business. Drive Inventory ordering and production budgets.

Supply chain management. Financial reporting and analysis including cash flow and profit and loss management. Liaise with the Managing Director on key strategic and operational matters.
