Our client is one of Australasia's leading manufacturers, importers and distributors of technical products broadly aligned to the building and construction markets. In New Zealand, they have a well established business selling products direct to key customers and via the wholesale network.
Key duties & responsibilities lead a national salesforce to achieve business plans. Execution of the business strategy in New Zealand. Some key account management of major direct customers and head office wholesalers. Working with your Australian colleagues in marketing, product development and business improvement to grow a world class business.
Personal qualifications ideally tertiary qualified with at least three years in a National Sales Management position. You must have experience selling via a wholesale channel in product sectors such as plumbing, automotive, electrical and/or industrial. You are able to demonstrate outstanding sales results achieved via your inspirational leadership, intuitive work style and hard work. You can demonstrate past experience in business restructure and change projects.
