Our client is a subsidiary of an overseas based multinational. In Australia, the business has a long list of innovation supporting OEM markets, developing its own branded products and providing outstanding customer/product service. A new position has been created that is part of the Senior Leadership Team - reporting to the CEO.

Key duties & responsibilities overall leadership of the manufacturing facility based in Adelaide including a full functional team. Management of the key OEM accounts and development of business within them. Leading the business, market and product development teams to achieve the growth opportunities.

Personal qualifications must have at least five years General Management experience incorporating manufacturing, supply chain and business development experience. Must have solid experience in lean manufacturing. Needs to be an outstanding people person who can demonstrate results through leadership, relationships and commercial acumen.
