General Manager Casual Hotel Front Desk Receptionist location Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. This important position in our very busy 4 star CBD property, requires an experienced Front Desk person with superb customer service and communication skills, excellent presentation and the maturity to remain professional and friendly under pressure. The desire to become part of a small, flexible, friendly and hardworking team of customer focused staff and management is also crucial. You will be trained in and deal with all aspects of Front Desk and Guest Service operations. The position will involve both morning and afternoon shifts over any seven days and will involve weekend work. Normally there would be around 3 shifts per week but extra shifts may be required at busy times or to cover annual leave. We are willing to work around other study or work commitments for the right candidate and it may be possible to establish regular shifts, only candidates with previous hotel front desk experience will be considered this position will suit someone looking for ongoing casual employment.
