General Administrator Alpha Recruitment location Wellington.

We are currently looking for more candidates to join our candidate pool of Administrators as we come into an exceptionally busy Christmas time. Currently we have multiple roles starting both before and after Christmas to suit everyone.

General main duties include maintain office supplies and keep a tidy office. Managing and coordinating weekly and monthly meetings. Keeping files and database up to date. Maintaining good relationships both internally and externally.

Roles we are currently recruiting for in the public sector 6-month Fixed Term Administrator assignment | $60k | ASAP negotiable start. 3-month temp Data Administrator assignment | $24-32ph | 17th Jan start. 2x Permanent Support Officer Roles | $63k | ASAP negotiable start. Senior Permanent Administrator | $70k | ASAP negotiable start. 10-month Fixed Term Administrator | $60k | Jan start. 6-month Fixed Term Administrator | $60k | Jan start.

Roles we are working on in the private sector part-time (20-hours a week) facilities administrator | $20-30ph | ASAP start.

Your skills excellent communication skills. Proficient MS Office Suite experience - excel, word, outlook, powerpoint etc. Strong administration skills. Diary Management and Minute Taking. Strong verbal and written skills. A good work ethic and works well under pressure.
