General Administrative Officer Western Sydney Local Health District location Sydney.

Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing provision of administrative and inventory control services to the Pharmacy Store. Timely and efficient coordination of supply orders from various units and departments of pharmacy. Westmead hospital car parking allocation model is changing. There is a waitlist for parking for new staff commencing at Westmead Hospital. This does not apply for staff with disability. Please note to be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must have an Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.

Selection criteria demonstrated good customer service communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain harmonious work relationships with all stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to carry out all physical tasks/manual handling of pushing, pulling, lifting many boxes up to 15kg/box, loading trolleys up to 300kg frequently as listed in Physical Demands Checklist.

Demonstrated high level of computer and administrative skills. Demonstrated experience in stock control. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to details. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as working cooperatively in a team environment, forklift License.
