As the Gardening Team Leader at Groundswell Landscapes, you'll lead a team of 2-5 individuals in the upkeep of some of Queenstown's most esteemed gardens. With your guidance, ensure excellence in every aspect of our gardening projects, from client communication to project management and team leadership. Your role is integral to upholding our standards of quality and achieving customer satisfaction at every turn. What We require minimum of 3 years of professional gardening experience. Proven ability to manage both people and projects. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices (formal qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential).Excellent work ethic and physical fitness.

Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset. Impeccable attention to detail. Previous experience in client-facing roles. Current, full, clean manual driver’s license. Experience with agricultural chemicals is preferred.
