Description

Calling all Telephone Superstars!

The Telephone Services team is responsible for providing 24 hour support to Counties Manukau Health and handles over 1.5 million calls per year.

Based at Middlemore Hospital and within a supportive, close knit team you need to understand the importance of being the first point of contact ensuring all inbound calls and requests are taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. You will need to bring exceptional interpersonal skills, high levels of empathy and a willingness to go that extra mile.

We currently have a full time position available working 40 hours a week Monday to Sunday rostered shifts.

You will need to be a motivated team player with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication to all our inbound callers. If you have what it takes and you're familiar with the operation of large PABX systems and have proven experience with the use of large busy Switchboards, then we would love to hear from you!

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement, which is between $57,188 to $62,213.
