About the role due to an internal promotion an opportunity has become available for a new Frontline Office Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a chance for you to use your existing office administration and customer service skills as well as broadening your level of experience in new areas. This is a frontline position where you will manage the reception area, creating a positive experience for customers and internal staff while also being involved in some interesting and diverse areas of the business.

Key responsibilities will include frontline reception and customer service duties assistance with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Health & Safety administration. Minute taking, assistance with Board paper preparation and co-ordinating travel & meetings. Covering for the team where required and always being willing to put your hand up for more.

About you in seeking applications for this position we would like to hear from candidates with previous experience in a role where you have been exposed to a variety of administrative duties and have gained a general understanding of the invoicing process. You will have worked in a customer service focussed role in the past and you will have a positive and professional approach when it comes to working with both internal and external customers.

You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and you will have a high level of attention to detail and initiative. Most importantly you will have the magic combination of being professional and smart with a relaxed personality and a great sense of humour.
