We are opening a brand new Duck Island store in November, and are looking for an awesome Front of House team to serve up a good time to our customers on the Northside.

Here’s what a Front of House job with Duck Island involves scooping ice creams for our lovely customers. Working together with a great crew. Ensuring our shops stay spick, span and well stocked. Making people's day.

You are an enthusiastic team player. Down to deliver awesome customer service in a fast-paced environment. Available to work late night and weekend shifts (our store will be open seven days a week, from 11am through to midnight). Dependable, flexible and keen to cover extra shifts when needed. Ideally - but not necessarily - experienced in hospitality and/or customer service.

We’re looking for full timers, part timers and casuals who get our brand and are excited to join the Duck Island family. In return we can offer flexibility, growth, a supportive working environment, and of course – ice cream.
