Duties and responsibilities as our Front of House Receptionist you will be the face of our business and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience to all that enter our centre. Guest reception services for our clients and all visitors to the Centre. Proficient handling of incoming calls on behalf of our clients. Creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Exposure to clients in a variety of sectors and providing them with front of house reception services. Coordination of daily meeting room bookings.

About you your disposition will welcome our guests to the centre with a natural ability to connect with our clients. Enjoys a challenge and a variety of responsibilities associated with the seamless running of the front of house reception desk. Good capabilities in the Microsoft office suite of packages. High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and self motivated with an eye for detail and understanding of the importance of how the smallest of interactions can result in a positive impact on a customer's experience.
