Front of House or Bar Staff Olivette location Wagga Wagga and Riverina.

We are now looking to recruit all front our house positions including waitstaff, bartenders and hosts to help build a vibrant, sophisticated environment and ensure all patrons leave with a memorable experience.

You’ll be working closely with the Head Mixologist behind the bar and/or with our Front of House Manager on the floor to ensure a seamless operation in which you will aid in front of house operations, timely seating of patrons and service delivery to an exceptional standard.

About us located in central Wagga Wagga, Olivette is an intimate and meticulously designed speakeasy reflecting the style and allure of the 1920’s prohibition era, offering table service for up to 70 patrons. Sophisticated cocktails, whiskey and wine form the backbone from which a share style plate menu showcasing the best local ingredients is formed.

About you dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality with an added flair for creativity. Ideally some experience in the hospitality sector but as we will be placing a strong focus on staff development, we are more than happy to take people with the right attitude and train them into their role.

Highly adaptable and able to perform during high-pressure service periods. Genuine interest and passion for the bar and restaurant industry, with a motivation and desire for continuous improvement and growth. Excellent communication skills and a positive & driven attitude. Take pride in your presentation. Valid RSA or the ability of obtain.
