Fraud Customer Service Rep Hays Contact Centres location Sydney. Salary $38.44ph + super.

Your new role this position exists within Risk & Fraud Operations, and is a great opportunity for you to utilise your previous fraud or banking experience to enhance your career in an exciting and dynamic team. The Fraud Team operates on a 24/7 roster however will work standard office hours.

Your main responsibilities prevent, detect, and respond to scams and frauds incidents conducted via online banking, telephone banking, over the counter transactions and mobile applications. Helping customers dispute fraudulent transactions or purchases. Effectively communicate to and guide customers through in-depth conversations to prevent financial loss to customers. Managing Inbound Calls within agreed service level.

What you need to be successful demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service - ideally in a phone based role as this will be high volume. Operational experience in handling sensitive customer matters - ability to show empathy to customers. Knowledge of multiple banking products or financial services is desirable but not necessary. Strong work ethic and time management. Critical/Analytical thinking. Well-developed written and verbal communication.

What you will get in return $32.03ph + super + penalties or $38.44 when working afternoon shift. Sunday - Thursday roster or Tuesday – Saturday. Parramatta location next to station.
