FP and A Analyst The Andersen Partnership location Sydney. Salary $100,000.

The rolemonth End duties including but not limited to month end journals, EBIT reports and various other ad hoc reports overheads and Balance sheet reconciliations.  Plays a key role in the annual budget process including the setting of overheads budgets across all property cost centres, review and consolidation of NRI for General Properties.

First point of contact for Property overheads and a key contact for all other Corporate queries/requests.  Finance business partnering with key stakeholders throughout the company. Asset Management support in relation to Properties portfolio including trend analysis, bench marking and insightful commentary. Proactively drive efficiencies and value through business process re-engineering. Property representation in internal forums/working groups.

The requirements CA / CPA qualified is essential. 5+ years FP&A experience. Property experience beneficial. Experience in preparing, developing and analysing key financial information. Experience in dealing and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders. Finance Business Partnering experience preferred. Experience in development or maintenance of accounting policies and procedures. Advanced excel skills. Excellent communication skills.
