Food & Beverage staff Southern Alpine Resort Management Board location Melbourne. Salary $21.92 - $27.57 per hour. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests. The incumbent will be to operate across the bar, barista and waiting services. As a Hospitality Officer, you will be well groomed and presented, and have well developed, clear and polite communication skills. Safety is our number 1 value that applies to all that visit our Resort. All roles are required to have flexibility with working in other departments, depending on skills. Flexibility to work weekends is also required. What we need from you value and understand the importance of safety in the workplace, current rsa and food handling certificates, physically fit, a willingness to learn, demonstrated ability to work well in a team, be willing to extend to further duties to ensure seamless delivery of customer experience, available to work weekends, experience in a customer service facing role, positive and supportive attitude, previous alpine industry experience is advantageous but not necessary, previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred, but not essential. What you get the rate will be as per the sarmb ea 2018, band 1, between $21.92p/h & 27.57p/h, great culture, supportive environment, on mountain accommodation available, season lift and parking pass, staff discounts on f&b and ski / board hire, all applications must be submitted with, a resume and brief covering letter.
