An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore’s F&B group currently with the following restaurants Yellow Pot Tanjong Pagar, Anouska's Bar and Restaurant; Yellow Pot Little India The Whiskey Library.

The chosen candidate will take responsibility as follows take orders and serve food and beverage with the highest standard of service. Bill properly using Micros/Symphony data entry. Personally and frequently verify that the guests receiving the best possible restaurant service (breakfast, lunch, executive lounge, dinner, Bar, Events).

Ensure restaurants have the correct “vibe” at all times; ensuring the sound, light, look of everything, including staff look/uniform/attitude reflects the brand. Ensure consistent effort to be trained by manager as well as Marriott L&D and Lobster Inc training – which is to be completed constantly (learning never stops). Communicate politely and effectively with the culinary, front office, housekeeping teams. Entertain and upsell guests in a consistent, professional and positive attitude.

Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness per Singapore Government and Marriott Standards. Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served. Inventory management and reporting routinely. Any other task or job management requests. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Required language(s) English. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s) service, food, beverage, waiter, waiteress, luxury, speaking skills, well groomed, energetic, self-motivated, initiative, curious, interesting hobbies. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
