We are looking for energetic, positive, friendly front of house staff, who have minimum 2 years experience in hospitality/cafe and or restaurant experience only you must have. Excellent attention to detail with a high focus on customer service. Ability to work at a very fast pace with a smile and a can do attitude, minimum 2 years FOH experience in Melbourne you will be required to greet and seat customers, take orders at the tables, communicate with the kitchen team, clear tables, ensure cafe is clean and maintained at all times, provide exceptional customer service and have customers leave with a positive experience, have extensive food and coffee knowledge and an understanding of different dietary requirements.
