Team 1 FMC Support Officer CM New Zealand Police location Auckland.
File Management and Transcription Services (FM&T) are an integral part of the Service Group. The FM&T is part of a nationally centralised group which supports a number of key elements of the case management process, our frontline staff and also provides key services to victims.
The Service Group is looking for an engaged and motivated individual for the role of File Management Support Officer is in the File Management Centre based at Auckland Central with a focus on exceptional case management and service delivery. You will work as part of the File Management Centre team with a clear focus on supporting both frontline staff and victims, while driving innovation and good data quality practices in order to deliver on Our Business.
Skills - you will be able to enter, update and report on high volume files/documents/data entry processes. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Prepare correspondence for internal and external agencies.
Experience - you will have thorough knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Systems, computer based records, reporting, data accuracy, and data integrity. Proficiency in time management and an ability to prioritise workload. An ability to work in a team environment.
