You will be responsible for fulfilling our company’s front of house roles in one of our F&B outlets. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to the customers in the following areas assist in the daily management of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Uphold professional image of restaurant by ensuring restaurant cleanliness as well as properly uniformed and groomed appearances.

Ensure consistent high quality go customer service is provided in all areas. Manage reservations and walk-ins. Advise customer on menu choices. Attend to customer’s request efficiently and effectively. Respond to complaints promptly - take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.

Job requirements at least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry or in a related customers service position would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred - the ability to communicate fluently in English is a must. Bubbly, outgoing individuals who plays well in a team. Strong passion for culinary arts and delivery quality service with a smile.

Work Salary Package 6 day work week, From 48 hours/week, $2000 - $2500 depending on experience, Incentives and bonus upon sales target, Meals provided, Uniform provided.
