This is a very high potential career opportunity that is based on delivering high quality Financial Accounting expertise that when delivered will enable you to move into their wider Commercial business operations at a Senior Level.

Over the next 3 years this business will grow and expand significantly (at the moment it is the largest in the Group). You will report to the General Manager and be a key element in managing the performance of the business as it expands and grows as well as becoming a trusted advisor to the SLT and the owners of the business.

Therefore, we are searching for a high potential Financial Controller who is looking for a career step upwards, who is highly motivated to make a difference, who is qualified and is “Best in Class” from an accounting perspective as well as having the potential to grow into a role that is business wide and critical in delivering outstanding results.

It is essential that you have excellent people relationship skills as well as being expert in all aspects of Financial Accounting & Management Accounting including Reporting, Budgeting and Trend Analysis. Expertise in Pricing & Margin Analysis, Managing Suppliers & Procurement and Fleet Management would be a major advantage.

The team is very lean and has strong support linkages with the Group Finance Director, Group Financial Controller as well as the Group Payroll & Accounting functions within their Head Office. Across the Group there is a very strong people focus.
