Financial Controller Tribe (New Zealand) Limited location Auckland.

About the role in support of the CFO, to develop, implement, monitor and realise the corporate strategic plan, operational plans/budgets and capital investment/benefits. Delivery of timely, accurate, and relevant performance information and insight for historic reporting, future forecasting, scenario testing and decision support.

Agile financial and performance frameworks, created and enhanced relative to rolling multi-year business improvement drivers. Effective corporate risk management and compliance. Collaborative financial management to foster internal and external partnerships which facilitate strategic engagement, rolling business development and commercial success. Ensure that record keeping, processes, procedures, financial inputs and outputs meet the requirements of auditors, banks, statutory compliance and government agencies (e.g. IRD).

About you experience within an export business and commodity product is highly desirable. Proven commercial acumen to compliment your governance and compliance expertise. An understanding of international markets would be beneficial. A desire and passion for continuous improvement and best practice. Experience navigating local and international shareholders and decision makers.
