CBD based Property Developer is looking for a hands on and industry experienced Financial Controller.

Your new company our client is a growing Property Owner and Developer based in the Sydney CBD. Due to this growth they are now looking for a hands on and industry experienced Financial Controller to partner with the founder and directors to provide the insight needed to progress.

Your new role reporting to the Directors your responsibilities will include deal direct with banks, prepare all documents when a bank requires. Strategic financial analysis that supports business strategy and decision making. In-depth knowledge in corporate governance, complex trust/entity/fund structure, tax planning, project finance, strategic planning and leasing standards.

Experienced in managing a large asset portfolio. Manage day to day financial operations. Prepare group entities operating budgets and cash flow analysis monthly. Prepare year-end financials & company income tax returns & submit to the external accountant for final approval. Manage future new and proposed acquisitions, whilst provide analysis on current project feasibility.

What you'll need to succeed CA or CPA qualified. At least 10 years post qualification experience. Experience in the Property/Construction industry is a must. Proven experience in a hands on role with ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
