Financial Accountant Manpower location Melbourne. Salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Super.

Reporting to an experienced Finance Manager, you will drive the Financial Accounting function and be continually seeking to improve / optimise business processes where possible. The business is undergoing various changes giving you the opportunity to get involved in supporting teams involved in these projects, broadening your commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be in charge of financial accounting and reporting. You will be preparing the half and full year-end statutory accounts as well as financial statements for your Business Unit. You will be handling all tax compliance (BAS, FBT, GST) and you will be responsible for driving the P&L account, balance sheet and reconciliations. You will assist in the preparation of the management reporting pack and you will produce various ad hoc reports.

The successful candidate will possess the following to be considered for this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified, have strong technical financial reporting ability and have worked in a corporate at the group level.
