Finance or Business Analyst Intuitive Recruitment Pty Ltd location Sydney. Salary $80- 95,000 plus bonus. Our client, a leading ASX Listed financial services provider with a strong track record of revenue growth within their operating business units, are looking for a high calibre finance professional with excellent stakeholder engagement skills as well as Business Analysis and Project Coordination/Management skills.

Reporting to the finance manager – operations, responsibilities of this role will include preparation of quarterly reporting on all expenses, actual vs budget and detailed variance analysis across business units, assisting with preparation of the annual budget for the business, ensuring that costs are efficiently managed and correctly distributed to the various business units (including the payment of invoices, preparation of monthly journals and allocation to appropriate business units), assisting with it/technology vendor negotiations on contract renewals for research, performing data and financial analysis on key cost drivers and provide insights, identify, drive, project manage and implement cost saving/process improvement initiatives across the business, proactively taking initiative to improve our business operations and streamline inefficient processes.

Experience & qualifications experience within the financial services industry, CPA/CA Qualified (or working towards), experience with cost management, project management and management accounting, demonstrated stakeholder and relationship management skills, strong communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and reporting skills, this role represents a great opportunity to a growing business within a positive working environment, where work /life balance and workplace flexibility is actively promoted.
