Finance Officer Manpower location Melbourne.

Our Client is an established and growing business and currently they require a Finance Officer to join them on a fixed term basis The Finance Offer is primarily focused on maintaining ledgers, processing accounts receivables and billings and reconciling bank and balance sheets.

Key responsibilities keep accurate records for all daily transactions. Prepare balance sheets. Process invoices. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable. Update internal systems with financial data. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements. Participate in financial audits. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and solutions oriented.

Skills required proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures. Experience using financial software. Knowledge of financial regulations. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Experience gain from a financial institution or Legal practice would be highly regarded.
