About the role we are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Finance Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, patients and health funds and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service. Previous experience in medical billing is highly desirable.

Your main duties will include timely and accurate billing of hospital patient accounts with health funds, third party insurers and self funded patients, preparation of patient estimates for hospital admissions and services, liaising with health insurance providers and the National Health Fund Team for the purpose of reviewing outstanding accounts.

About you proven ability to provide high-quality customer service, handling enquiries and concerns professionally and courteously. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, health funds, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated computer literacy with accurate and proficient keyboard skills.

High level of competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to plan and establish work priorities, meet deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently.

Demonstrated ability to accurately enter and process data with minimal errors, with a high level of attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.
