About the role we currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our friendly team. This role is an integral part of the Finance Team and provides essential financial support by managing day to day financial operations.

Your duties will include inputting and managing a high volume of invoices accurately and on time. Undertaking supplier reconciliations. Filing and maintaining supplier files. Checking and verifying invoices. Preparing payment runs. Answering supplier queries via email and phone. Following authorisation procedures and processes.

Inputting credit card transactions. Being the point of contact between Project Managers and suppliers. Assisting with project reporting. Managing the Accounts Receivable process. Handling ad hoc accounting tasks and finance admin tasks as required.

What you need to succeed strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with external and internal stakeholders. Strong sense of self-motivation, ability to work in a team and autonomously. Proactive ‘can-do’  attitude.

Problem solving and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated MYOB experience. Excellent reconciliation skills. Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook skills. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar, high volume role. A willingness to uphold Sagle values. Remuneration will be offered to the successful candidate based on skills and experience.
