About the College The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the training, assessment and continuing professional development of emergency physicians as well as the advancement of professional standards in emergency medicine in Australia and New Zealand.

The position we have an exciting opportunity within our Finance and Governance team and wider CEO Portfolio department. In this newly created position, as a Finance Officer, you will be supporting the Finance and Governance team through the accurate and timely administration of predominantly the accounts payable function but also some accounts receivable and general finance functions.

We are looking for candidates with intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Experience working with invoices and reimbursements is highly advantageous. This is a role that requires attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
