We have a leadership opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our office-based team on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park.

You will have over 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role and thrive in leading a multi-disciplinary finance function.  This includes all aspects of the financial accounting cycle from record to report and delivering accurate and timely results.

What you’ll be doing oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and general ledger activities. Ensure organisational compliance & governance. Monthly, Adhoc & Annual reporting. Coordinate and support the annual budget and forecasting process. Management of indirect tax processes such as BAS and FBT. Drive and promote continuous improvement. Support the delivery of the financial strategy. Things that matter to us.

Relevant qualifications CPA / CA qualified. Big 4 / Mid-tier experience highly regarded. Understanding of the Aged Care Act 1997. Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations. NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance). Eligibility to work in Australia.
