Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing wholesale import & installation business.

Your new company Based in Derrimut with plenty of parking on site and a modern planned office environment, this company has dominated their specialist market for over twenty years and is continuing to broaden their product offering to their loyal client base. They have developed a stable and committed team and are looking to employ a Finance Manager to lead the Finance team and assist the Managing Director to continue the growth of the organisation.

Your new role as the Finance Manager, you will support the Managing Director of the business and oversee a team of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and an Inventory Coordinator. You will also work closely with the operational team on providing insight into business performance, assisting with stock management and improving the overall system and reporting processes. You will take on an operational role within the business and prepare all monthly reports including balance sheet, profit and loss, sales reports and monitor the company budget and cash flow.

What you'll need to succeed you will have operated in a full finance function in the past as a Finance Manager and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will be hands-on, enjoy working 'in the business' and have the ability to identify key projects to improve efficiency and continue the growth of the business. Experience working with netsuite oracle will be highly regarded and the ability to commence immediately will be advantageous, although those on notice period of up to 4 weeks are encouraged to apply.
