The opportunity the Clinical Costing Finance Manager will be a leader with the sustainability and budget team. Working in conjunction with the external data analytic provider, to be successful in the role you will have an inquisitive mindset, open to looking for improvements in the way which costs are recoded and reported.

The Role and duties organising the activity and financial data to produce a clinical costing dataset. Using specialised clinical costing software to run the costing processes. Contributing to the statutory reporting requirements for clinical costing data for the hospital to the Department of Health. Preparing and producing the costing dataset for leadership decision making.

Analysis of all extracted, processed and produced data using the reporting dashboard and tools. Analyse the costed data for a variety of internal and external reporting and operational purposes. Leading a team of one Clinical Costing Analyst. Liaise with Department of Health in regular costing sector meetings. Liaise with internal stakeholder within the hospital to support various business operations and decision-making.

About you experience within a Costing environment of a large complex organisation. CA / CPA Qualified preferred. Strong Excel and data manipulation skills. Willingness to learn and develop within a complex, dynamic organisation. High-level communication skills (written & verbal).
