The role we are looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial oversight and support to the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also work closely with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth goals.
Responsibilities prepare and manage the company's management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Analyse financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement financial strategies to support our growth.
Oversee our accounting and treasury functions. Help manage financial risks and ensure our compliance with accounting standards and taxation laws in multiple countries. Provide financial advice and support to the management team.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CA/CPA qualifications are preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial management. Experience in the payments or financial services industry preferred but not essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Xero, and data analysis tools.
