Client details our client, a private equity backed organisation is looking for a talented and driven individual to join their growing team in the role of Financial Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role to ensure the accurate management and statutory reporting, efficient month-end process, responsible stewardship, maintaining robust control of both operational and capital expenditure, as well as effective asset management.

In this important role supporting the Head of Finance and managing a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance management and reporting of the Group, including but not limited to oversight of the accounting function ensuring the accurate completion of monthly and annual financial reporting.

Partner with operational managers across the business to provide financial analysis on performance. Contributing to business improvement activities while ensuring that strong financial controls and appropriate processes are maintained.

Prepare or review the delivery of monthly management accounts, including insights and analysis. Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts. Preparing detailed cash flow and forecasts.

In order to be successful, you will have the following the successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a complex organization with a CA/CPA qualified. You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be a self-starter who is confident with a can-do attitude. You will be able to build relationships across all levels of stakeholders and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
