Finance Manager location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East. Job Type Full-Time.

Core duties & responsibilities ensure proper accounting records for current financial year and closing of back-log financial years. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards, as well as related regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings.

Collaborate with external audit or tax consultant to ensure compliance of statutory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate of management reports such as P/L, Cash Flow, AR, AP. Monitoring / controlling of expenses vs targets. Review the overhead allocation basis, support management in KPI review and overhead cost accountability.

Support management to identify area of focus for business development/cash flow needs. Work closely across functions to assess budgetary requirement while ensuring efficiency and ROI. Ensure annual budgets and quarterly forecast (full P/L & B/S) are prepare. Go-to person for all retail accounting queries. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.

Skills, experience competencies required Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or any related field. Possess 8 years of experience in accounting, finance or auditing in Retail Industry. Valid CPA, ACCA or equivalent status. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Navision 365 and Google Suite is an added advantage. Excellent financial modelling, analytical, decision-making and project management abilities. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels. Strong analytical mind and meticulous nature.
