Finance Manager Toasted Espresso location Auckland.

We’re Toasted Coffee Roasters – a family owned and operated wholesale coffee roastery and cafe in Wairau Park on Auckland’s North Shore.  Our current Finance Manager is making a move south so we’re on the hunt for a replacement.

This role will oversee all of our financial and accounting functions. The role is based in our office, however there is a degree of flexibility with hours and the ability to work from home occasionally with school holiday’s etc. Being a family owned business we understand the challenges involved with juggling the work/life balance. We’re after an individual with the following skill set and attitude.  It would be preferable if you have had a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role and an industry qualification.  Salary is flexible and dependent on experience.

Duties + responsibilities being a small team – we require someone who is positive, has a great work ethic and attitude.  A ‘can do’er’. Accounts receivable and payable. Someone with a highly analytical mind with the ability to develop, alongside our GM, the companies financial strategy plan and forecasting. Budget consolidations + cashflow management. Regular financial reporting + analysis.

Cashflow management. Identifying efficiencies and reducing costs across the business, ie. regular supplier reviews. Debt management and collection. Preparing the company tax obligations. Ensuring compliance with all legal and financial regulations. Processing payroll. Working closely with our management team and providing regular reports and findings within each business division.
