Finance Manager Redpath Partners Pty Ltd location Sydney. Part-time finance manager (3 days per week) - top property group - sydney cbd, a rare part time (3 days) role, offering high levels of flexibility/autonomy, opportunity to work in a market leading environment, varied role with a broad range of responsibilities, working closely with the sydney based asset management team and overseas finance teams, you will be responsible for the financial operations of two active funds. Reporting periodic/quarterly reporting, mostly at a property asset level (including debt data, tenancy data, leasing activity, noi and capex data), quarterly property risk reporting, property review summaries and input into investor reporting, preparation of the quarterly board papers for an asset (including the quarterly management report which captures noi, capex and debt analysis), managing the reporting process of external property managers, distribution of reports to various stakeholders, other adhoc reporting (as requested by investors or the pag finance team), finance, organise distributions to the relevant beneficiaries. Property and PropCo level budgeting, monitoring and cash forecasts, including with external property managers and obtain internal approvals for budgets, cash reconciliations and forecasts to determine distributions, for both noi and capex, oversee accounting, audit, tax, gst, company secretariat, banking, insurance and other financial/business requirements, obtain monthly funding approvals and organize payments (property level and corporate level), issue invoices and ensure payment of invoices, maintain tenant security/bank guarantee register, debt finance, property loan compliance, reporting and monitoring (property mortgage / loan contract), organise banking for property transactions with the capital transactions teams. Successful applicants will ideally be finance professional, hands on attitude, self starter / performance driven / detailed / autonomous, provide continuous improvement of reports and process, understanding commercial property, understanding of property investment and property/asset management, ability to work independently and without supervision.
