Part-Time Finance Manager (3 days per week) - top property group, sydney cbd, a rare part time (3 days) role, offering high levels of flexibility/autonomy, opportunity to work in a market leading environment, varied role with a broad range of responsibilities, working closely with the asset management team and overseas finance teams, you will be responsible for the management and reporting of a portfolio of two active funds. This may include looking at asset going through the sale and due diligence process. The role covers the following finance - budgeting and cash forecasts, accounting, audit, tax, gst, banking, insurance, obtaining funding approvals at property and corporate level, issuing occasional invoices, reporting – quarterly and monthly reporting at asset level, board pack preparation including asset managers reports, managing reporting process for property managers, debt finance – australia contact for banking relationships, assist execution of new debt facilities and repayments of debt facilities, loan compliance, reporting and monitoring, capital transactions – property dispositions including managing datarooms, answering due diligence questions, working with property managers, banks, trustees and accountants, winding down existing trusts after properties have been divested, property – organising valuations, budgeting, you will ideally be a qualified ca, cpa or cima finance executive with a very good understanding of Property at the Asset/Investment Management. You will be asked questions on all aspects of the properties whether financial, legal or technical. This is an autonomous role with a great level of flexibility. You must have exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
