Finance Manager SHK location Melbourne. For over 25 years, Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) has been the exclusive supplier of Cat® engines and power solutions in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. EPSA provides technically superior Cat® products for all power generation requirements, from off-the-shelf low-cost engines and generators to full turnkey solutions including project management and commissioning. EPSA provides short or long-term Cat® rental solutions for power generation, temperature control and compressed air equipment, and has been recognised as a global leader and innovator. Reporting to the Head of the Business Performance team within the Finance Division, this newly created role of Finance Manager: Rental, will be embedded within the Rental Division. The Finance Manger Rental has been identified to support the financial and commercial transformation of the National Rental business, which has a number of branches around Australia, in order to achieve its ambitious growth agenda. Working in partnership with the Corporate Services team, the Finance Manager will have responsibility for partnering with the business to provide meaningful financial insights to inform decision making. Leveraging your business orientation, you will prepare management reports with supporting analysis, forecasts and financial plans that will help drive, enhance and improve operational performance. You will also be responsible for transactional accounting, control and governance aspects for the rental division as well as enhancing relevant processes and policies. CA/CPA qualified, you have post qualification experience in a similar finance manager or senior business partnering role. You have a track record of identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives and policy development from an organisation with complex multi-site operations in the manufacturing, FMCG, engineering, construction sectors or similar. You have strong experience in financial analysis supporting business operations and possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills that enable you to influence critical outcomes.
