Brisbane based for over 20 years, ProCare Australia services government, non-government, for profit and not for profit organisations throughout Australia.

About the role we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive Finance Manager who has a strong attention to detail, ability to think outside the square and has effective written and verbal communication skills.

In this role you will be required to perform the following management of accounts receivable and payable. Labour hire payroll processing including employee entitlements. Preparation of Quarterly BAS & Monthly PAYG. Prepare and review P&L and Balance Sheets. Assist with monthly reconciliations. Assist with General Ledger & Bank Account audits as required. General Data entry (invoices, payments, inwards receipt/costing etc). Ad hoc reporting & analysis as required. Ad hoc support for senior Management as required.

About you to be considered for this role you will need to address the below essential criteria a minimum of two to three years' experience in bookkeeping. Developed understanding of complex labour hire payroll. Sound knowledge of cloud base accounting software. Proficiency in MYOB.

A professional approach to interaction with customers and colleagues. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Ability to work as part of a small team. Be reliable and have exceptional attention to detail. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to set up and manage cloud base accounting system. Developed ability to prepare and interpret spreadsheets to support a growing business.

Salary and Benefits $70,000-$75,000 pa pro rata + super. Onsite parking provided.
