Your new organization a rare opportunity has presented itself to join a large not for profit organisation as their new finance manager. Following an internal move, a unique opportunity has arisen to become an integral part of the finance team. Your new role as finance manager you will report to the cfo and will be responsible for supervising, mentoring and coaching 5 direct reports, manage the timely delivery of month-end, quarter-end and year-end, review of all balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis, manage all financial and transactional accounting including ar, ap and payroll, overseeing, reporting and monitoring the financial performance, review monthly management accounts, controlling and reporting on the company’s cash flow. What you'll need to succeed you will be a, hands-on, progressive CA/CPA qualified professional with a high degree of self-motivation, an eye for detail and track record in a similar role from a commercial organisation. You will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and experience managing and mentoring staff. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships across all areas of an organisation and work with a variety of stakeholders.
