Finance Manager T+O+M Executive location Sydney. $140,000 – $155,000 per year.

This large and established multinational business is a household brand name with an impressive stores network as well as extended trading through multiple distribution channels.

With ambitious strategy in place to expand further operations into to the global market, I’m recruiting an experienced, high calibre Finance Manager to join their experienced finance team. This role will report to the Financial Controller and manage 2 – 3 members of the finance team.

Role responsibilities preparation of month-end closure, consolidated financial statements, statutory reports, board reports and board papers for the group. Financial control and governance including impairment, revenue recognition, eliminations and acquisitions.

Periodic consolidated reporting on global and local financial performance, intangibles, PPE and Leases. Lead the half year and full year audit engagement and guide other financial accountants throughout the process.

Assist and review business cases for new and ongoing projects in liaison with project owners and department heads. Assist with future ERP implementation projects (SAP for HANA) as a finance SME. Ad hoc analysis as required by the senior management. Continuous improvements of analysis and reporting.

Systems used JDE, SAP HANA (near future), TM1, Power BI.

About you CA or CPA qualification with over 4 years of audit and 3 years of commercial experience. Senior stakeholder management experience within a large and complex group. Confident communication skills and problem-solving ability.
